I don't understand your ranking of possible futures. Why did you rate the status quo at 7 but options that involve one party promoting more freedom than they currently do lower?

I think the status quo is always more likely than either party becoming more pro freedom
I thought the ranking was supposed to be how good the possible futures are, not how likely they are to come to pass.
Ah yea, I see now. This was from a while back. I think I was meaning to imply likelihood.
